My bathroom is almost always overflowing with a plethora of products in my cabinet, tucked away in hidden drawers, and stashed away in my coset. As a certified beauty junkie, I am seemingly never tired of testing out new products whether they be a new eyeshadow palette or a revolutionary face mask. I will gladly use it all in the pursuit of adding new products into my Holy Grail collection. Whether I purchase a product myself or am kindly gifted it from a brand, I follow the same ritual. I painstakingly test the products for weeks, sometimes months, before coming to a final judgement. With this strict system in place, I am able to hone in on the makeup and skincare products I am thoroughly impressed with. Thus, I wanted to share the recent beauty products I hereby declare worth repurchasing in a heartbeat.
The Best Beauty Products Worth Rebuying
Beauty Products: Skincare
Augustinus Bader The Face Oil
This product has singlehandedly saved my skin this winter. The formula is incredibly absorptive, with the ability to melt into the skin. As light as it feels upon application, it does a tremendous job at hydrating my skin, which is why this has become a wintertime go-to.
Fresh Beauty Tea Elixir Serum
My birthday has just passed (shoutout to my fellow Capricorn babes) and each year, I am reminded just how important anti-aging products are. These past few months, I found myself reading for this Fresh Beauty serum when my skin needed a pick-me-up. It is packed with nutrients intended to combat seasonal changes, aging and dullness – what more could you want?
Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patches
Emergency breakout situation? I promise a little pimple will never get you stressed out again – as long as you are keeping an ample supply of Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patches in your arsenal. These little stickers will zap away any breakout overnight. I seriously cannot live without these or the face patches.
Jergens Melanin Glow Illuminating Moisturizer
We love an amazing product that doesn’t hurt the wallet. I have continually shouted out this product on my instagram and will continue to do so. The Jergens Melanin Glow is specifically made for darker skin tones. Not only does it keep my body moisturized from head-to-toe, but the formula also has a shimmery effect so it literally looks like you are glowing from within. Certainly a must-have, especially when we shift into warmer weather.
Shiseido Bio-Performance Skin Filler Serum Duo
This is the newest addition to my favorite beauty products. Well, actually this is actually a set of serums from Shiseido that is meant to use in conjunction of one another. The white bottle is meant to be used in the morning and the blue bottle at night. These work together to rework your skin on a molecular level. Your skin will thank you later, trust me.
Beauty Products: Makeup
Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer
On busy days when I do not have the capacity to do a full face of glam, I reach for something fast and convenient. Oftentimes, it ends up being this Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer. It provides just enough coverage without feeling too thick or overwhelming on the skin. It also contains SPF 30, further streamlining your morning routine.
Caliray Surfproof Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil
If you are looking for an intense pencil eyeliner that doesn’t budge, you need to try this one out. The formula is creamy, dark, and intense – the perfect product for ensuring your eye makeup look packs a punch. Plus, the waterproof formula is always a plus.
Dior Addict Refillable Shine Lipstick
Dior Beauty has done it again. My latest lip obsession has been this lipstick. With a creamy formula and a powerful color payoff, I would say this is worth every penny. And I will be the first to admit, the beauty industry has a long way to go in terms of sustainability. However, I love how this product allows you to easily refill with your most cherished shades.
Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Setting and Finishing Powder
Now here is a face powder that can do it all. With 4 shades commingling into one, this Givenchy powder is nothing short of impressive. I know a sweeping of this all over the face will ensure my makeup stays all day. It does also provide a subtle, shimmery glow. The shade I use is called Popeline Mimosa.
Lancome Le 8 Hypnôse Mascara
This mascara has been my favorite for everyday use. The formula is lengthening and buildable, depending on how intense of a look you are seeking. Most importantly, I find that it does not clump at all! Highly recommend it for those who want a mascara that gets the job done efficiently.
