Round Up Of My Summer Paris Outfits

Is it just me or is everyone in Europe right now? I mean, rightfully so as Europe has proven time and time again to be the perfect summer getaway destination. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to enjoy some of the summer sunshine in Paris, France for Haute Couture Week. Although it was a lot of back-to-back work events and meetings, I would not have it any other way! Plus, being in the number 1 fashion capital of the world always provides endless amounts of inspiration and I wanted to ensure my outfits were up to par with the Parisian locals. I had so much fun putting together some summer Paris outfits whilst on my trip and I thought it would be helpful to recap them all for you here. Don’t worry – I always try to include similar, affordable options too. Enjoy!

Golden Girl

To celebrate Haute Couture Week it seemed only right to go all out. One of my most treasured looks from my trip abroad is this stunning Tony Ward printed maxi dress. I loved how it had a built-in sheer layer that draped overtop the entire piece for a more avant-garde effect. This look further solidified my love for all things golden yellow and I think it is such a flattering color on but especially during the summertime. Want to steal my look for an upcoming summer wedding or event? I linked some of the most gorgeous yellow maxi dresses I could find below.

LBD

For a night out in Paris, I resorted to an age old LBD because you know any variation is simply infallible. No matter what, black always does the trick when it comes to creating a show-stopping look. I got my hands on this body-hugging long sleeve dress from Roberto Cavalli. By far, my favorite detail was the rouching which helped to elevate the look and accentuate my curves even further. To finish off my nighttime attire, I styled with some heeled booties and a signature smokey eye.

Prints Please

Admittedly this is the only one of my summer Paris outfits that is not dress-centric. But I promise it is a good one. I wore an Etro printed blazer that was such an iconic piece. I am not really one to wear such a busy print but it looked absolutely stunning and I knew I wanted this to be the focal point of the look. Thus, I kept everything else relatively simple. I wore a pink button up blouse and a pair of classic white trousers underneath so the jacket could really pop. Just throw in the platform shoes too and you have yourself a killer look.

Tulle We Meet Again

If you want to feel like a princess from head-to-toe then you need to integrate a fabulous tulle dress into your life. Trust me on this. One of my favorite of my summer Paris outfits was this sheer number from Philosophy. It made for such a romantic look (fitting for the city of love) and I did not want to take it off! In fact, I adored this piece so much that I wore it twice whilst I was abroad in Paris. Linking this dress and other equally princess-y dresses below.

Bold & Beautiful

Last but certainly not least, this beautiful Stella McCartney asymmetric dress. If you are feeling up for an eye-catching look, then I highly recommend grasping onto the saturated color trend. I instantly felt some type of way once I slipped on this royal blue dress. Whether you are more of an orange, fuchsia, or bright green fan, a bold colored dress is sure to impress. Shop the rainbow below.
