Midi Dress

This season, I have noticed that I continually seek out midi length dresses. The longer hemline is undeniably polished and sophisticated, making any midi dress an optimal choice for a variety of occasions – one being 4th of July! For friends & family picnics or brunch trips in town,  you simply cannot go wrong. For Independence Day, I would surmise one would want to keep it relaxed. Compliment your midi dress of choice minimal jewelry and an on-trend handbag.

Denim Days

There is nothing more American than classic blue denim which is why I am suggesting you pull out your favorite piece to act as the foundation for some 4th of July outfits. Traditional cut off shorts or jeans are all amazing choices! However, if you are looking to land more style points, opt for denim in non-traditional styles such as a denim mini dress or a mini skirt.

Stars and Stripes

Another way you can channel the festivities within your 4th of July outfits is by foraying into some patterns! Probably one of the easiest prints to go after is anything with stripes. Lately, all of the influencers and celebrities alike have been obsessed with an easy, breezy striped button up and boxer short set. But feel free to opt for something even more literal such as a cute star pattern.

Red, White, Blue

Of course, you can always rely on the good ol’ red, white and blue combination. A mix of three colors will most certainly get you in the patriotic spirit but there is no rule saying you absolutely need to! I am all for more subtle variations of this color combination. For instance, rocking a white dress with a navy handbag or a red dress with white strappy sandals.
