As someone who is admittedly in a perpetual state of shopping, I have come across a lot of different brands in my lifetime. While I have my roster of tried-and-true labels, it is always a breath of fresh air to discover something new. I am sure many people reading this have heard and shopped from Nordstrom and Zaras of the world, so I thought it would be refreshing to point you in a new direction. As we aim to finish building out the rest of our summer wardrobes, I figured there was no better time than now to pop in and share some chic brands worth checking out. After all, you never know when you are going to discover your new go-to place to shop. From fashion to beauty, scroll ahead to see my new favorite places to score big on trendy items.

Fashion: DISSH
Minimal lovers – this one is for you. When I tell you that my jaw dropped upon discovering DISSH for the first time.. Heralded from Australia, this clothing brand is defined by streamlined, feminine silhouettes. As a huge fan of simplistic styles, almost everything on the website piqued my interest. From summer must-haves like this crochet maxi dress to wardrobe staples like tank tops, DISSH can quickly become your one-stop-shop for almost anything in your wardrobe.

Shoes & Accessories: Alohas
Alohas is the ultimate destination for summery sandals and accessories. As the name suggests, the brand is native of Hawaii and everything is designed in Barcelona and hand-crafted in Alicante. Alohas operates on an in-demand policy, meaning each purchase is made-to-order to cut down on unnecessary waste. On top of that, sustainability is at the forefront of their practices and many styles are made with innovative plant-based leather. These wedges were an immediate add-to-cart.

Jewelry: Stone and Strand
It can be hard to shop jewelry, especially new brands because it’s hard to tell the quality through the screen. But I can safely say that Stone and Strand is the real deal. I have been sporting their jewelry for the past few months and am quite pleased. Not only that, but I have gotten a lot of compliments on some everyday styles! Their hoop earrings have been on-repeat for me.

Makeup: UOMA Beauty
Pronounced “uh-mah”, UOMA has been changing up the beauty game. Founded by Nigerian-born Sharon C, this brand aims to be as inclusive as possible. They have a unique color matching quiz to help you find your perfect shade of foundation and concealer. The best part? Their makeup products are actually killer. Everything from the pigmented eyeshadows to the blush is a win for me.

Skincare: Augustinus Bader
Last fall I had the privilege of attending an Augustinus Bader event and I have been hooked ever since. As a disclaimer, this is a rather luxury skincare brand but I can say the formulas and quality of each product does not disappoint. If you are in the market for a high-end skincare brand to elevate your routine, look no further. The Rich Cream moisturizer is by far my favorite!
